IS THE “RUBBER CHICKEN” FINALLY “COOKED” IN 2017?

We have previously blogged about NYC dining and private event venues, off-site from corporate meeting hotels, that provide continuously changing menus based on seasons and daily farm-to-table availability.

 

We are now seeing that on-site meetings are taking the same approach in 2017. This includes F&B options that meet specific requests of attendees, such as vegan or gluten-free. This helps meeting planners provide increased creativity and personalized menus for breakfasts, buffet lunches, cocktail parties, and even major galas!

 

The “rubber chicken” plate might have finally met its match!
